Solution-dyed fabrics are dyed at the fiber level, meaning the color goes all the way through the material. This makes them much more resistant to fading from the sun and other elements. They are also more durable and less likely to tear, rip, or fray, even after prolonged exposure to the elements.
DuraPoly Boat Covers offer exceptional water resistance with 1500mm water column rating and waterproof strip on seams to keep your boat dry. Air vents ensure proper ventilation and prevent moisture from accumulating underneath. This new fabric is engineered with an extra UV inhibitor to extend its lifespan and protect the boat from the sun's damaging UV rays.
Each cover features a reinforced sewn-in elastic cord for a snug fit and double-stitched interlock seams with "rot-proof" thread for added durability. They are trailerable for highway towing when properly tied down and easy to install and remove with quick-release buckles and adjustable heavy-duty straps.

How to measure your boat for a cover
The simplest way is to measure the centreline and beam of your boat to find the size of cover (A) you need.
- Measure your boat's centerline length (straight measurement from bow to stern).
- Measure your boat's beam (the flat width of the boat at its widest point usually near mid-ship).
Please note that this does not take into consideration of any bow or hand rails on the boat. You may need a bigger size cover to accommodate them. This particular cover does not fit boat with windscreen.
It is also recommended to cross check the actual fabric length (B) and fabric width (C) needed to make sure you have chosen the correct size.
- Measure along the length of your boat, over the top of any boat fittings e.g. bow rails, handrails, cabin, windscreens etc. to the point on the hull where the cover’s hem will finish.
- Measure across the widest point of your boat, over the top of any boat fittings e.g. bow rails, handrails, cabin, windscreens etc.to the point on the hull where the cover’s hem will finish.
