How long does shipping take?
Orders ship from our warehouse in Victoria within 48 business hours of full payment, stock permitting. We use Australia Post for most items and courier for larger items. Transit time after dispatch ranges from 1–2 business days for Melbourne, Sydney and Adelaide metro (express) up to 13–14 business days for the most remote NT postcodes. Please allow up to 14 business days for delivery overall — see our Shipping Information page for the full breakdown by region.

Yes — we deliver to all states and territories via Australia Post or courier for larger items, with transit times varying by location.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return an item?
Yes, within 30 days of delivery, provided it's unused and in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.
How do I start a return?
Email info@kaiserboating.com.au with your order details. Items must be returned unused, in original packaging, with all accessories included. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. See our full Return & Refund Policy for details.
Warranty
What warranty do boat covers come with?
A 12-month limited warranty (24 months for DuraPoly range covers), covering defects in materials, workmanship, and hardware like straps and buckles. It doesn't cover normal wear and tear, UV fading, abrasion, storm damage, or damage from incorrect fitting.
What warranty do other products come with?
Most products carry a 12-month manufacturer's warranty against defects, in line with Australian Consumer Law — you're entitled to a repair, replacement or refund depending on whether the fault is major.
How do I lodge a warranty claim?
