I purchased a replacement Bimini top and cover from Kaiser Boating. I needed to exchange it due to the wrong size being ordered (by me). The customer service I received from start to finish was exceptional and postage was super fast. I will buy from Them again and highly recommend Kaiser to anyone.

Quality covers were delivered, unfortunately one cover did not fit the intended boat. Cover was posted back and refund received with no fuss. Service was great would shop again.

Transport was a real issue as we had to chase it up. It was in a Lismore depot for a week.
Cover fits our outdoor setting very well. One of the clip fastener straps is however not sewn properly. It’s an easy fix as it’s just some stitching that needs to be resewn. Overall a very nice cover.
Package arrived within the week, plain simple instructions made installing and putting together quite simple.
Was able to do it by myself in about 2 hours.

Outboard cover and motorbike cover great, but could not get boat cover to fit. It is packed neatly back into original bag and awaiting return. Can you advise best way to return to you? I wonder what to do next to get a cover to fit because your next standard size up would be too big. Could you please offer some advise. If you can customise the cover that would be of interest.
