Product Description
Most BBQ covers crack, fade, or blow off within a season. The Premium DuraPoly 6 Burner Hooded BBQ Cover is engineered specifically for Australian conditions — heavy UV, coastal humidity, and unpredictable weather — so your barbecue stays clean, dry and ready to cook year after year.
Backed by our 24-Month Warranty
If your cover fails due to a manufacturing defect within 24 months, we'll replace it. That's our commitment to quality — and your peace of mind.
Why DuraPoly outperforms standard covers
Standard covers use post-dyed fabric that fades quickly under Australian sun. DuraPoly uses solution-dyed fibres — the colour runs through the entire thread, not just the surface — giving it significantly better UV and fade resistance over time.
Built to last — every detail

What's in the box
The cover includes built-in leg straps and a reinforced drawstring sewn into the hem — no loose parts to lose.
How to choose the right size
Measure your BBQ with the hood closed — include side burners, side shelves and handles. Use width × depth × height and compare with the cover dimensions below.
Tip: If you're between sizes, size up. A slightly larger cover fits better than one that's too tight at the corners.
| BBQ Size | Width | Depth | Height |
|---|---|---|---|
| BBQ Size4 Burner Hooded | Width165cm | Depth65cm | Height115cm |
| BBQ Size6 Burner Hooded (this cover) | Width185cm | Depth65cm | Height115cm |
Care & maintenance
To get the most out of your cover: wipe clean with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Allow to dry fully before storing. Avoid leaving water pooled on top for extended periods. Store loosely in the included bag during long periods of non-use.
Frequently asked questions
How do I measure my BBQ?
Close the hood and measure the widest point from side to side (including side burners and shelves), front to back, and from the ground to the top of the hood. Compare these with the cover dimensions above.
Can I leave the cover on during rain?
Yes. The 1500mm water resistance rating means it handles typical rainfall well. For heavy downpours and wind, make sure the drawstring and leg straps are secure to prevent pooling or wind lift.
Is it suitable for coastal or salty air environments?
Yes. The solution-dyed fabric and UV inhibitor are well suited to coastal Australian conditions. We recommend rinsing the cover occasionally with fresh water to remove salt build-up.
What if I'm between two sizes?
Size up. A slightly larger cover drapes better and is easier to secure. A cover that's too small will be difficult to fit and may tear at the seams over time.
How does the warranty work?
Our 24-month warranty covers manufacturing defects — stitching failure, strap or drawstring faults, and fabric delamination. It does not cover normal wear and tear or damage from misuse. Contact our team with your order number and we'll arrange a replacement.
